How XOOM FOODS Gets to You

Ship Days

XOOM FOODS ships every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed before midnight Sunday ship that Tuesday. Orders placed before midnight Tuesday ship that Thursday. All other orders ship on the next available ship day.

Carrier & Transit

All orders ship via FedEx in insulated boxes with cold packs. Meals arrive chilled — never frozen. Ground transit typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are not currently offered.

Coverage Area

We ship to 22 eastern states and Washington DC. We do not currently ship to other states, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. Delivery to PO boxes is not available — a physical street address is required.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in your XOOM FOODS subscription. There are no additional per-order shipping charges.

Delivery & Receipt

FedEx will leave your package at the door unless you have a hold preference set with FedEx Delivery Manager. No signature is required. If you receive a package that is damaged or arrived fully thawed, contact us within 24 hours at info@xoomfoods.com with a photo and we will make it right.

Address Changes

Update your delivery address any time via the customer portal. Address changes must be made before your order enters processing (typically the Friday before your ship day).

Missing or Lost Packages

If FedEx tracking shows a delivery was made but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and any building management, then contact us at info@xoomfoods.com. We will file a claim with FedEx on your behalf.
