Meal kits send raw ingredients — you still have to cook for 30–45 minutes. XOOM ships fully cooked restaurant meals. You heat for 2 minutes and eat. No prep, no cleanup, real restaurant flavor.

We ship every Tuesday and Thursday via FedEx. Meals are chilled — never frozen — immediately after cooking and shipped in an insulated box with cold gel packs and generous insulation. They arrive chilled and stay fresh for up to 7 days in your fridge.

Every XOOM order starts a weekly meal plan — pause or cancel anytime. Choose your plan (4, 6, or 8 meals), pick your meals, enter your delivery address, and you’re done. Your XOOM Plan renews automatically every week. If you ever need a break, pausing or cancelling takes seconds from your account.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states; Alaska and Hawaii aren’t available yet. Enter your ZIP at checkout — ground shipping is free across the East Coast and much of the Midwest; a small air-shipping fee applies everywhere else.

If your box arrives damaged, email photos of the outer box, the affected meals, the inner packaging, and the shipping label to info@xoomfoods.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll file a claim with FedEx and make it right once the claim is approved.

One-day delays happen occasionally with any carrier, and we pack for them — extra-large cold packs and generous insulation keep your meals safe for a full extra day in transit. Because of that built-in buffer, we aren’t able to offer refunds or replacements for one-day delays.
